Should your RAD end-effector cease to function properly, RAD will repair the unit to bring it back to original product specifications, if possible. To ensure prompt service, please contact RAD at 937-667-5705 to discuss your service issue and obtain an RGA# for efficient product tracking and turnaround.

Once RAD has received your end-effector, we will evaluate the unit and contact you with a repair cost estimate. You may then choose to have the unit repaired, have the unit returned to you as is, and/or replace the end-effector with a new unit. Please note that RAD charges a $50 fee to cover the cost of evaluating a damaged unit. This fee is waived if you have the unit repaired or choose to purchase a new RAD product as a replacement for the damaged unit.

Most of RAD's end-effectors can also be used on linear actuators, pick & place machines, and other automated equipment.

End-effectors are also called end-of-arm tooling, robotic tooling, and robot tooling.
