Shipment Leadtime

RAD's efficient order placement and delivery process allows us to ship your order within 1 to 5 business days of order placement on most products. Products that will typically ship within this timeframe include:

• Collision Sensors
• Deburring Tools
• Compliance (Alignment) Devices
• Tool Changers
• General Purpose Parallel Grippers – 2 Jaw and 3 Jaw
• Collet Grippers

Due to parts lead times, shipment of some of our more specialized parallel grippers may take 4-6 weeks. Gripper products that may be affected include:

• Clean Room
• Food Handling
• Harsh Environment
• High Moment
• Long Stroke
• Miniature

Delivery Method

U.S. CUSTOMERS: RAD normally ships via UPS Ground Shipment F.O.B. Tipp City, OH if being delivered within the United States. Alternate shipping methods can be arranged at the time of order placement at the customer's request.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS: RAD ships all international orders prepaid using the method and account requested by the customer.
